They don't ride often, but it's nice to have the option. Sometimes a preschooler wants to be worn, just for a little while, because he realizing, suddenly, that childhood is a one-way trip, that he's getting "big" and nothing can stop that. Sometimes he justs wants to be your baby again, just for a little while. That's okay, Mom; he'll be off to college before you know it. Enjoy any tiny bit of babyness he has left in him. And when he wants down, down he goes.
